At Ackermans, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Return your items for free at any Ackermans store nationwide or arrange for a courier collection via our online portal.

  Pack and Label

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the completed return slip or digital QR code provided during the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or Ackermans gift card within 7-10 business days.
